Shipping & Returns

We strive to ship no later than two days after your order is received.
Over the past 20 years of business, we have had very few returns because we strive very hard to be sure our customers are buying good quality and functional equipment.
If for some reason, a customer is not happy with their PA System, we would much rather help them resolve the issue by troubleshooting and correcting any problems.
We accept returns for defective products or items that were incorrectly shipped from our warehouse.
For other return requests, the equipment must be returned unopened, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
A 25% return merchandise fee will be applied to cover associated costs and risks.
The customer must arrange and pay all return shipping costs.
We will credit back only by way of the original method of payment.
The return credit will be applied after we inspect the equipment and find it to be in resalable condition.
In most instances, we prefer to collaborate with customers to address any issues and assist them in achieving their PA System objectives.
